Printable Versions

All versions of the conversation packet contain exactly the same text, except for Instruction #1, which tells people how to navigate that particular version.

Please feel free to use whichever version is easiest, most convenient, and/or most comfortable for you. You may go back to the homepage or use the menu to find the digital versions if the physical versions are not the best for you.

Plain Printable Document

The print version is recommended for those who want a physical piece of paper but don't mind a basic design and want to skip the extra hassle of printing, folding, or too much technology.

In the print version, each section is divided by headers (larger bold text).

Like the pamphlet, each question will have a small checkbox next to it.

Please mark the questions that you are comfortable being asked with a check.

For questions that you are not comfortable being asked, you may leave the box blank or cross out the question.

Please click the button on the left to download the Word (.docx) file or the button in the middle to access the Google Doc.

Open the Word file or click the Google Docs tab, then click File --> Print.

If you prefer to print from a PDF file, please click the button on the right to access the PDF, then click on the print icon.

Pamphlet

The pamphlet version is recommended for those who want the pretty pamphlet and don't mind a few extra steps.

In the physical pamphlet, each section is presented as a column.

Each question will have a small checkbox next to it.

Please mark the questions that you are comfortable being asked with a check.

For questions that you are not comfortable being asked, you may leave the box blank or cross out the question.

The "Outside" portion contains prefacing information to frame the conversation and questions to discuss afterward.

The "Inside" portion contains the structure/guide for the main conversation.

Printer settings:

Set the "Orientation" to "Landscape"

Set the "Paper Size" to "Letter" (and make sure that your printer has Letter paper - 8.5"x11")

Set the "Fit" to "Shrink to fit"

To fold:

(Optional) Trim/cut off any white margins that are left on the paper after printing.

Place the paper on a flat surface with the "Outside" portion on the surface and the "Inside" portion facing up.

Fold the right-most edge toward the line where the left column meets the middle column.
